After many wonderful years of serving as your health plan agent, I have chosen to retire. My top priority has always been ensuring that my clients receive the best possible service and support. That’s why I’ve partnered with RetireMed, a respected, family-owned Ohio company that has been helping individuals with health insurance for nearly two decades.

Effective September 1, 2025, RetireMed will become the official agent of record for my clients. This means that all of my existing clients will now be supported year-round by their highly qualified team.

For Lori’s Current Clients

If you are already enrolled in a health plan through me, you don’t need to take any action. Your plan and benefits remain the same. You now have access to RetireMed’s Customer Success Team, who are available year-round to help with:

• Questions about your health plan
• Billing or claims issues
• Annual plan reviews during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period or Marketplace Open Enrollment Period
